No 1. Sudden Petting
It’s a bad idea to pet any dog while eating. Likewise, your cat may bite you while eating even though she likes you very much.
Also, if you pet her all of a sudden when she is relaxed and grooms herself, she may get scared and bite you.
No 2. Sudden Interruption
If your cat is focused on a hunting toy or on high alert about something, don’t disturb her.
The most dangerous situation is that cats get excited and fight each other in a multi-cat household. If you interrupt, they could bite you hard and the situation can get worse.
No 3. Ignoring Stop Sign
When you are about to play or pet your cat, she could leave you to spend some time alone. If you keep bothering, she could bite you.
Cats are moody. Although your cat likes to be touched, she could change her mood quickly.
No 4. Ignoring Her Request
Your cat tells you what she wants through her body language. She could meow with a long, high pitched voice or reach her paw out to you.
If you don’t react to her, she could even bite you.
It’s likely your cat is not happy with her cat litter or food. Also, she might be hungry or wants to play.
No 5. Not Enough Playtime
When your cat isn't getting enough exercise and gets stressed out, she could bite your hand for fun.
If you've allowed her to play with your hands since she was a kitten, it might have become her habit. To correct her behavior, check if she needs more exercise and play with her.
